MACE serves as a catalyst to Supply Chain ( Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.)) for improvement of MSIL vendor base through cluster approach. Short term and certification training courses in field of quality management, Energy and Inventory management are being organized by MACE. In Supply Chain (MSIL), Tier 2 suppliers contribute a major portion of actual component manufacturing in Indian Auto Industry .Their role in quality, cost and delivery of the final product is significant and very crucial for the success of MSIL and the vendor fraternity. MACE has been working for upgradation of Tier 2s’ and support MSIL mission of global quality with zero defects and rejections.
