Capability Development Center is set up to handhold MSIL Vendors by providing focused short term technical courses in areas critical to quality and productivity.
A center with:

  1. State of art learning resources
  2. Curriculum designed on the basis of industry needs was envisaged so the advent of CDC developed on basis with the experts from industry and academia.

THE PRIME MOTIVE OF CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN THE REQUIRED SKILL WITH PRESENT SKILL OF THE TECHNICIAN, SUPERVISOR AND AN ENGINEER.

The courses and trainings would be covering all levels of participant like technicians, supervisors and engineers and executives.
